I am Pieter Coenaerts
I was one of the first in Belgium to receive a certificate as an officially recognized instructor to teach the Wim Hof method. Meanwhile, I have been working as an official instructor for the Wim Hof method for over six years and have already helped hundreds of people to get the best out of themselves and learn the techniques effectively and safely.
Ever since I was young, I have been interested in healthy living, and the edges of the human potential. So when I learned about this method and the possible benefits, I was instantly hooked. When I trained to become an instructor I had all the teachings with Wim Hof himself to learn everything there is to know about his training. From this experience and how effective it was for me, the passion developed to teach others how they can use the Wim Hof method and also reap the benefits.
